Latin name: Alcea ficifolia. Plant 18-36" apart in full sun in well-drained loamy soil. Grows 5-7' in height and 2-3' wide. Deadhead this self-sowing biennial to encourage continual blooming. Attracts pollinators. Blooms in the summer, but not always its first year.
Plants are sold in 3 stages: Seedling (March/April), Mid-level foliage (April), and Mature (May/June). Please select which stage you would prefer.
